Create a variable
In the Variables area you define recurring values centrally for the workspace — such as company name, address, or contact. Each variable has a key and a value.
Use variables in text
In the editor you reference a variable as a token in the form {{key}}. On publishing, the token resolves to the current value — a change in one place takes effect everywhere after republishing.
Differing values
If a value should differ per brand, language, market, or profile, you store an override — without recreating the variable everywhere.
