Offering for business customers only

TermShelf is intended exclusively for entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB (German Civil Code), legal entities and partnerships with legal capacity. Consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB are excluded from use. When concluding a contract, users confirm that they act as a business and not as a consumer.

No statutory consumer right of withdrawal

Because the offering is directed exclusively at business customers, no statutory consumer right of withdrawal applies to contracts concluded via TermShelf. The consumer-protection rules on the withdrawal of distance contracts do not apply to entrepreneurs.

Cancellation instead of withdrawal

Cancelling or terminating a subscription is distinct from a consumer right of withdrawal and is governed by the Terms and Conditions or the respective subscription contract.
