Snippets are reusable text blocks that appear in multiple documents.
Create a snippet
In the Snippets area you maintain a reusable text block once, centrally, with the full editor and per language. Snippets suit passages that appear identically in several documents.
Reference snippets
In a document you insert the snippet as a reference. At delivery it’s resolved — so the same, centrally maintained version appears everywhere.
Changes don’t go live automatically
Important: a change to a snippet does not automatically take effect in already-published documents. For the new version to go live, a republish is required.
