How to register for TermShelf and verify your email address to unlock the full feature set.
Create your account
Use “Get started free” to create an account with your name, email address, and password. Registration automatically sets up your first workspace — the tenant boundary that later holds brands, sites, and documents.
New accounts begin with a 30-day Business trial. If it expires without an upgrade, the workspace is downgraded to the free Free plan.
Verify your email address
After registering, we send you a confirmation link. Until your address is verified you can sign in and view content, but you cannot perform any mutating actions — creating or changing documents, publications, invitations, or settings.
Clicking the link verifies your address and unlocks every feature.
Didn’t receive the email?
Check your spam folder first. On the verification page you can request the email again; for security reasons resending is rate-limited.
If it still doesn’t arrive, contact support — usually it’s a typo in the address.
Frequently asked questions
- Do I need to enter payment details to register?
- No. You start without payment details on a 30-day Business trial that automatically falls back to the free Free plan if you don’t upgrade.
- What can I do before verifying my email?
- You can sign in and view content. Mutating actions — creating documents, publishing, inviting, changing settings — only become available after verification.
