Reset a forgotten password
Reset your password securely via the “Forgot password” link.
Request a reset
On the sign-in page, click “Forgot password” and enter your email address. We send you a link to set a new password. For security, the link is valid for 60 minutes.
Set a new password
The link lets you set a new password. You can sign in again immediately afterwards; the link expires once used.
Changing your password during normal use
Even for a routine password change, the path is via “Forgot password”: TermShelf changes passwords only through the verified email link, not through a field in settings.
