Invite colleagues by email and assign each a role when inviting.
Invite members
In the Team area you invite colleagues by email address. The invited person receives an invitation and joins the workspace once they accept. When inviting, you set the appropriate role right away.
Roles when inviting
TermShelf has a fixed set of roles — from read-only access to full administration. Which role allows which actions is described in understand roles and permissions.
